You could say it's Yazoo's parent company. Campina is a dairy co-operative, which means that the farmers that supply the milk own the company. It also means that any money we make goes straight back to the farmers. Because there are no big city bosses looking for bigger and better profits right away, Campina's farmers can work in a way that respects and protects the environment. They're in it for the long term and looking after the land and the animals is part of that. Our History1892 - First Dairy Co-operative in Tungelroy, near Limburg in Southern Netherlands 1947 - ‘De Kempen' Co-operative formed by merger of several local co-operatives - Kampina brand-name used for the first time (name of a famous local moor) 1964 to 2003 - The idea spreads with a continuous series of mergers including joining together with co-operatives from neighbouring countries (Germany and Belgium) Campina nowOur Products are sold in 130 countries: Production facilities in Holland, Belgium, Germany, Poland, France, Russia, America and other countries. We have Market Leading brands in Multiple Markets: Yazoo, Mona, Landliebe, Fruttis, Smakija. We also have partnerships with all the major supermarkets producing excellent quality yogurts, desserts and other products for their own retailer brands (own label).
